Digital printing on paper bags
Fast printing with multi-colour designs
Thanks to our digital printer, we can print a design – even one supplied as a raster image – onto the front of the bag. Put simply, we can print photographs in JPG or PNG formats, or directly from a PDF, onto the bags.
Using this technology, we print onto white or brown kraft bags with flat or twisted handles. Digital printing is fast, and dispatch is possible within a week of placing the order and paying the advance invoice.

The benefits of digital printing
- Fast delivery within a matter of days

- No need for vector print data; suitable for printing raster graphics (photographs)
- Full-colour printing in CMYK; single-colour printing also available
- Most of the front surface of the bag can be printed on
- Narrow print margins on the sides and bottom edge of the bag
Disadvantages of digital printing
- Cannot be printed on coloured kraft bags, laminated bags or bags with drawstring handles (Luxury laminated bags, Siena eco-bags, Brown, Gold and Silver bags, etc.)
- Cannot be printed on the back of the bag
- Printing on paper bags is not as sharp as with screen printing
- Colour variations may occur; not suitable for precisely defined colours
- Digital printing DOES NOT print white. Therefore, if the design contains white, it will not be printed and the area will be the colour of the bag

Print area
Each bag has a designated print area. However, as a general rule, you must leave a margin around the edges and the top and bottom of the bag (where the adhesive tabs are located inside the bag). The maximum height of the design for digital printing is always 27cm, regardless of the bag’s dimensions.
