All production of fabric bags is carried out in just one country, in Uzbekistan. Here cotton is grown, spun and bags are sewn from it. Production is therefore not fragmented across multiple locations around the planet, but is concentrated in one place. This eliminates complications during cotton transport. Chemical treatment is eliminated, there's no need to address cotton's susceptibility to mold. Transportation ranks among the leading polluters of our planet. This is one of the main advantages of our cotton bags.
Cotton fabric bags are ironed before transport to us. The bags therefore arrive unwrinkled as is typical with bags imported from India or China. Production of bags from these countries hides another problem. The bags are not sufficiently dried before transport and arrive damp, sometimes even moldy.
Cotton in brief
Cotton is the queen of textile raw materials. It is strong, durable, yet soft and pleasant to the touch. When washing, cotton fibers can withstand even high temperatures. Natural or white cotton fabric can handle temperatures of 60°- 95°. Colored variants should be washed at 30°C.
The disadvantage of cotton is that it wrinkles quite a bit and sometimes pills with long-term stress, and when wet, it takes a long time to dry. However, this might bother us more with clothing - with bags, we can turn a blind eye to these disadvantages.
Cotton bags are trendy
Every year before the summer holidays, our demand for fabric bags increases. This year is no exception, even despite the cancellation or restriction of festival events due to the coronavirus crisis. Cotton bags are simply flying off the shelves, and in summer months you can see it on the streets, in parks, or by the water. There's nothing surprising about it. They look good on people, plus everyone can choose their own with stylish print and express their ecological stance.

We know that so-called "PES" bags have become widespread lately, which are ecological in their own way, but don't look that way - they're not as attractive. After all, they're made from plastic and we already know today, thanks to articles about plastic harmfulness on bezigelitky.cz, that plastic is not a good choice. Cotton has been with us for hundreds of years and will be for some time yet. After all, it's a leading material used in clothing production.
Cotton bag with custom print
We, as a company dealing with printing eco paper bags, also print on fabric bags. When printing, we use ecological, water-dilutable paints that are easily biodegradable in nature, not plastisol or solvent-based paints. The printed bag thus does not lose its ecological character in any way.

Cotton bags are the best-rated bags made from natural materials
According to last year's study, cotton fabric bags placed second. The main reason why the bags didn't take first place is the damage that occurs during cotton cultivation. However, they are the best-rated bag made from natural materials.
Definitely every multiple use of the bag (minimum 52 uses) reduces its impacts and limits waste generation. So if you buy a disposable bag, try to use it until it "tears apart." And try to forget handy polyester or fabric bags at home as little as possible, don't lose them, and use them repeatedly.
