Promotional bags printed using silkscreen technology
To maintain an ecological appearance, and also from an economic perspective, we recommend choosing promotional bags made from brown kraft paper, which are slightly cheaper than white paper ones.
We'll start with a promotional bag that is one of the most sought-after. This is the Topcraft 32x14x42 paper bag, which with its size replaces regular plastic shopping bags. This bag has flat handles folded from five layers of paper for higher strength. The total load capacity of this promotional bag is 8 kg distributed load and is ideal for carrying regular shopping from supermarkets.

The lowest possible price for promotional bags with print from us
As the cheapest promotional bag, we offer the machine-made Krafter bag from brown uncoated kraft paper in the smallest size 18x9x22 cm. We recommend this promotional bag for places where higher bag quality is not emphasized and where it will serve as a carrier bag for smaller items. They will find use in beekeeping (for carrying honey), pharmacies, or gas stations.
Luxury printed gift bag up to two thousand
As you may have already noticed, we don't just quote you the cheapest promotional bags. We also present calculations for quality silkscreen technology, and even when the number of bags is higher than the MOQ, the price is still around two thousand. With personal collection, you don't pay for shipping.
For luxury promotional bags, we have a MOQ of 50 pieces, both printed and unprinted. However, the price for print is higher with such a low quantity.
How fabric bags work out for us
Just like with luxury promotional bags, we can offer minimum quantities from 50 pieces here too. Unfortunately, there's a higher price for printing again, and with more expensive print preparation, we get slightly over two thousand in price. However, this is a fabric bag made from 100% cotton, which will last much longer than "disposable" bags.
How does ordinary flexography work out price-wise?
We've gone through promotional bags from ordinary kraft to luxury gift bags and cotton fabric bags. In all cases, we calculated with silkscreen print technology. This is because we print with silkscreen from 100 pieces for kraft bags, and from 50 pieces for luxury or fabric bags.
Besides silkscreen, we also offer printing of promotional bags using flexographic machines. Printing with this technology works out significantly cheaper than silkscreen. However, we use flexography for orders over 1,000 pieces. Due to the higher number of bags, we therefore cannot approach the total price of 2,000 Kč excluding VAT. Per unit, flexography naturally works out cheaper. For illustration, we're including a price calculation below specifically for Takeaway promotional bags, which are exclusively purchased by restaurants with food delivery.
Our customers from restaurant establishments, pizzerias, burger or sushi bars, order these bags by the thousands, where it becomes much more cost-effective for them. With repeat orders, they no longer pay for the production costs of the printing plate (see article "printing plate").
Tip in conclusion, which our customers apply
We supply promotional bags to customers even unprinted. Throughout the year we keep up to 3,000,000 pieces of bags in stock. Some of our customers buy unprinted bags from us, as they have their own stamp with which they then print the bags themselves. This usually happens during the peak season in December, when we unfortunately can no longer manage to complete printed orders with all customers before Christmas.
