Classification of white paper bags

We offer white paper bags in several variants. The basis consists of classic white paper bags made from Kraft paper - with flat or twisted handles. Then there are also white laminated paper bags - with matte or glossy lamination and textile handles. A combination of the above mentioned is the eco luxury white paper bag with textile handle. This is a bag with higher grammage paper and textile handle - but this bag doesn't have surface lamination. The last separate category, in which we can find representatives of all the above mentioned, is the category of white paper wine bags.

White paper bags and their use

Bags with flat handles are generally used rather as carrier bags - larger ones for food shopping, smaller ones e.g. for pastries. Bags with twisted handles are then used rather when selling clothing, jewelry etc. Laminated paper bags are widely used for inserting any gifts, e.g. when giving presents to business partners. Eco luxury paper bags most often have the same use. With wine bags we don't need to talk about the way they're used at all.

White paper bags - twisted handle vs. flat handle

Generally it applies that a bag with twisted handle has somewhat higher load capacity than a bag with flat handle. It's also less prone to tearing. In the same dimension, therefore, a bag with flat handle will usually have somewhat lower grammage than a dimensionally identical bag with twisted handle.

A bag with twisted handle is then more suitable for carrying heavier things due to higher load capacity - the twisted handle is more comfortable to grip and withstands more when the bag is heavier.

Printing on white paper bags

The white paper bag is also most suitable for printing - it can be printed with all offered technologies (silkscreen, flexography, digital print).

With all mentioned technologies, white paper bags (and thus the white background) allow greater possibilities when selecting colors for printing. In contrast, on brown bags, for example, shades of yellow, orange or even lighter brown colors may fade. This applies to all the above mentioned printing technologies.

Silkscreen

When printing with silkscreen, thanks to the white background and glazed paper, various rich color motifs beautifully stand out with interesting possibilities for color overprinting.

Flexography

Flexography inks, despite their technical specification, are sufficiently vivid on white bags and it's possible to use a wider range of colors than on brown bags (on which many light colors fade).

Digital print

With digital print, printing on white bags is a great advantage. The brown bag (background) significantly suppresses the color result and there is a big difference between the resulting print on white and brown bags not only regarding color vividness, but also part of the design on the brown bag may completely fade. The white paper bag is therefore always the best choice.

1. White Paper Bag with Twisted Handle

We offer this bag in sizes from 18x8x24 cm up to 54x15x49 cm. This is white kraft paper ranging from 80g - 110g with a load capacity of 6 - 12 kg when distributed load - always according to the specifically selected size. The twisted handle is always white.

2. White Paper Bag with Flat Handle

For bags with flat handles, we have available sizes from 18x8x22 cm to 45x17x48 cm.

This is white kraft paper ranging from 70g - 100g with a load capacity of 4 - 10 kg when distributed load - always according to the specifically selected size. The flat handle is always white.

3. White Paper Bag with Lamination and Textile Handle

Laminated white paper bags come in two types, which differ from each other in the paper material used, its grammage, and handle material.

The first of these is the Milano bag.

We offer it in sizes from 16x8x24 cm to 55x15x48 cm. This is coated paper with 130g grammage. The bag has glossy lamination and cotton handle is always in the bag's color - white, finished with a knot (for red and black variants, the handle also corresponds - so red and black). Load capacity for all available sizes is 12 kg when distributed load.

The second option is the Monza bag.

It is available in sizes from 16x8x19 cm to 34x13x48 cm. This is 190g postcard cardboard. Monza gives a sturdier impression than Milano. We offer it in both matte and glossy lamination. The handle is white PP finished with a plastic hook. Load capacity for all available sizes is 12 kg when distributed load.

4. White Eco Luxury Paper Bag with Textile Handle

White eco luxury paper bag with textile handle

This bag is an ECO choice due to the non-laminated paper.

In our offer you will find sizes from 16x6x26 cm up to 47x18x36 cm. It is made from 110g kraft paper and has cotton handles.

Load capacity for all available sizes is 12 kg when distributed load.
