Screen printing is a suitable printing method for most of the bags in our online shop. Using this technology, we are able to print on kraft bags, luxury laminated bags, narrow burgundy bags, as well as fabric bags, including cotton rucksacks.
We use screen printing for smaller quantities of stock bags (up to 1,000 pieces). With screen printing, we can produce truly high-quality, sharp prints, even where colours are closely aligned. Screen printing can handle 1 to 3 colours, including gold and silver.

Pre-press*
In order to apply screen printing, a separate screen must be created for each colour. The creation of the screen and the setup of the screen-printing machine involve several steps, ranging from graphic design, through the exposure of the emulsion onto the screen, to the mounting of the finished screen onto the screen-printing machine. In addition to creating and setting up the screen, precise colour shades are mixed according to the customer’s requirements.

graphics**Raster (bitmap) graphics
Have a fixed resolution (number of pixels). If you zoom in on a raster image, you will see individual squares (pixels). In short, the image loses its sharpness and becomes ‘pixelated’. You’ll find this type of graphics in photographs and images saved in formats such as .JPG, .PNG, .TIF, .GIF, etc.
Vector graphics (curves)
Unlike raster graphics, vectors do not use pixels. Instead, the image is defined by mathematical formulas. It can be enlarged or reduced infinitely, and the image will always remain perfectly sharp. Vector graphics are typically found in formats such as .PDF, .AI, .CDR, .SVG, …
