SILKSCREEN
Printing with this technology is possible from 100 pieces, with 1 to 6 colors. We can print full-color CMYK by silkscreen, including gold and silver. The advantage of silkscreen is printing fine details, sharp print, precise registration and high color opacity. We only print with ecological water-based inks. The production time for bag printing is 1 - 2 t days.
FLEXOGRAPHY
We offer flexography to customers for orders with 1000 to 20,000 pieces. Usually these are simple, single-color motifs. We are able to print a maximum of two colors in one motif. However, they must not have precise or close registration. The advantage is low cost and printing large quantities of bags faster than with custom production and the possibility of reusing the printing plate completely free of charge. Here too we only use water-based ecological inks. The standard production time is 2 - 3 t days.
DIGITAL PRINT
We print in CMYK. This technology is suitable for quantities of 100 pcs - 10,000 pcs. The advantage is full-color printing including photos, shadows and gradients. Data can be easily prepared - we also print from JPG or PNG unlike silkscreen and flexography, where preparation of print data from these formats is not possible. We print with water-dilutable inks. The current production time is 1 - 2 t days, but it is possible to arrange operationally for a shorter term if our current production workload allows.
