Why we fell in love with paper bags

It all began quite innocently in an offset printing works in the late 1990s. Since then, we’ve all worked for various companies and held different roles, and in 2008 we turned our attention to paper bags and packaging – a field we’ve decided to stay in ever since. Every member of our team realised just what a huge problem plastic carrier bags pose for our planet. Plastic takes up to 400 years to decompose in the natural environment, and bags and sachets made from it have become so widespread that we use them even when it’s unnecessary. Our vision, therefore, was to set up a company that would specialise in paper bags. These are recyclable and do not leave as large an environmental footprint as plastic. We decided to replace plastic bags with paper ones and enable others to make this change too. Today, thanks to our vision, we fulfil orders ranging from as few as a hundred items to as many as tens or hundreds of thousands. Together with our customers, we are contributing to a change for the better – towards a world where paper replaces plastic.
